The processing concerns common data you have provided.

The data processing is aimed at fulfilling legal and contractual obligations, particularly accounting and administrative requirements concerning the agreed services, and in particular:

• Entering and processing data for the preparation of mandatory accounting records, drafting of tax and administrative documents related to the sale of goods or provision of services or similar.​

• Insertion and updating in our customer/supplier registry for management use in accordance with legal provisions.

​​

• Possible communication of data to banks to process agreed payments.

​​

• Possible communication of data to our tax consultant to carry out tax and accounting obligations.

• Communication of data to our credit insurance company to protect the company's receivables. The legal basis for the processing is constituted by the legal, fiscal, and accounting obligations (registrations, invoicing, etc.) as well as by the contractual relationship between the parties – banks to process agreed payments – tax consultant to carry out tax and accounting obligations – and our credit insurance company to protect the company's receivables.

• The data will be entered into our database “Customer/Supplier Registry,” and their processing, which may be carried out through automated and/or paper-based tools, will include all the operations or series of operations necessary for the processing in question, including the communications required for fulfilling accounting and fiscal obligations and to banks to carry out contractual obligations. The data will be kept for at least 10 years from the termination of the relationship, unless there are ongoing disputes or different fiscal or regulatory provisions.

Providing the data is not mandatory, but any refusal to provide the data could result in the inability to fulfill legal and contractual obligations.

The data will be entered into our records, and their processing, which may be carried out through automated and/or paper-based tools, will include all the operations or series of operations outlined in Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the Regulation and necessary for the processing in question, specifically: collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination, or any other form of making available, comparison, or interconnection, limitation, deletion, or destruction.

This right is not applicable if there is a legal or contractual obligation, a legitimate interest, or if the data are necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim.
